Ralph, founding partner of EWIA, held various management positions for the ARAG Group, Hypo Vereinsbank AG, Phoenix Solar AG, Royal Dutch Shell and Yingli Solar, among others. During the last 4 years he was Managing Director of Yingli Namene West Africa in Accra. Ralph is a proven expert in project development, international financing and project realization. He has many years of business and market experience in Ghana, Côte d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Kenya, Togo, Angola and other countries.

Timo, founding partner of EWIA, has more than 10 years of experience in international project management, controlling and business development.
At GIZ Timo held a position as a business consultant in the field of financial system development for four years. One of his consultancies was to advise the Credit Union Association of Ghana.
In addition to finance and controlling, his core competencies lies in strategy development and market analysis.
Nana Kwadwo Adu-Boateng
Sales Director Ghana
Nana has held various management positions including RIFE Energy Ghana and Yingli Namene West Africa Ltd. In the last 2 years he was sales manager for Sun Inn Ltd. He has proven to be an expert in the development and implementation of solar projects. As Key Account Manager, he was jointly responsible for the construction of one of the largest rooftop solar plants at one of the most important beverage producers in Ghana. Nana has many years of experience in solar sales and marketing in Ghana.
Robert Baah Yawson
Senior Technical Manager
Robert Baah Yawson Electrical Engineer graduated from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology ("KNUST") in Kumasi and already has over seven years of experience in the solar industry. During this time, he has designed PV systems in various countries in sub-Saharan Africa - systems have ranged from 1.5 kWp to 25 MWp. He has also managed complete solar projects up to 782.1 kWp from design to commissioning. In total, he has implemented projects with a volume of 2.4 MWp.
Afefa Mireille Akoumany
Technical Engineer
Afefa is an electrical engineer with over four years of experience in the field of solar energy. She is well-versed in the design and installation of solar PV systems. Afefa is passionate about current renewable energy trends and research. She is currently pursuing an MPhil Degree in Renewable Energy Technologies at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
Marjorie Naa Ayorkor Mensah
Accounting Manager
Marjorie is a Chartered Accountant (ICAG) with several years of experience in hospitality, public sector, and the production industry.
She started of her career as the Finance and Admin Assistant in her Church (The Presbyterian Church of Ghana trinity congregation - Abokobi district) before joining Odessa Apartmento as a Client and Reservations officer and rose to the office of Accounts Manager.
She also holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the UPSA and has years of experience in office management and financial Accounting.
Peace Doe
Accountant
Peace is a product of the University of Ghana with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
She has experience as an accounts officer in the hospitality industry and is detail-oriented in managing and reporting financial data.
Peace is eager to contribute towards building a strong finance team.

Jonathan worked for EWIA as an external company representative, responsible for Tamale since April 2022. He calls himself “a product of the University of Cape Coast” where he pursued a course in commerce in accountancy option.

Hilda is a dynamic professional with a wealth of experience in sales, account management, administration, and business development. Currently serving as the Sales & Administrative Manager at EWIA. She has worked as a B2B Sales Specialist at Bolt, where she demonstrated her skills in selling Business solutions to small and medium-sized companies.

Bernard Acheampong

Ben has been the technical head of Tong New Energy Ghana Limited, which is now in a joint venture with EWIA Infrastructure Ghana. He is one of the experts in the telecommunication sector in Ghana when it comes to building telecom towers and their technical installations.
One of his biggest achievements is installing over 200 telecom sites across Ghana.
Frank Mensah

Frank is a specialist in logistics and international trade and transport. He worked for DSV Belgium (formerly UTI NV) for 6 years as an Operations Officer and for almost 6 years with Air France and KLM as an Insider Sales.
Frank has many years of experience in the telecommunications industry in Ghana. He therefore founded Tong New Energy Ghana Ltd in May 2018 and has since successfully implemented numerous IVS projects, telecom towers and other greenfield projects.

Caroline Kouegoua
Caroline is a Development Project Manager at Veridos, which delivers identification solutions for secure end-to-end applications.
Caroline was born and raised in Cameroon. She migrated to Germany for her studies at the Technical University in Munich, where she graduated as an engineer. As a member of the Cameroon Association of Engineers and Computer Scientists Caroline is a welcome speaker at panel discussions about the empowerment of Africa and the empowerment of African woman rights and leadership.
Manfred Bächler
Manfred is one of the pioneers of Solarbusiness and has almost 30 years experience in the PV industry.
He was founding partner of several legal entities and also Chief Technical Officer (Vorstand) and shareholder of Phoenix Solar AG (TecDAX listed company) for many years. Later on, he acted also as business development manager at one of the four major power utilities in Germany. Manfred is also Electrical Engineer and entrepreneur with hands- on mentality.
Clemens Robert
Clemens is Head of Finance at one of the leading Independent Power Producers in Germany. 7C Solarparken AG has a portfolio of over 270MWp solar and wind parks (including 77 MWp asset management).
After his studies of finance and management at the University of Fribourg and Barcelona Clemens held various positions in the banking and consultancy industry. There he managed international transactions (Project Finance and M&A), inter alia in Africa. He is an experienced finance professional with a demonstrated track record in the renewables and infrastructure industries.
Rainer Born
Rainer worked in various management positions in the banking and telecommunications sector during his professional life.
His expertise lies in controlling, finance and corporate organizational development. Rainer has outstanding experiences in financial modelling and setting up sound cost accounting systems within new ventures.
Dr. Andreas Kloyer
After studying law in Passau and Munich (both Germany) and obtaining his doctorate at the University of Kiel (Germany), Andreas Kloyer was a partner at several renowned German law firms in Munich before joining Luther in 2012. Andreas specializes primarily in advising German and international private equity companies and strategic investors on mergers & acquisitions, banking and capital markets law as well as on structuring of complex national and international financing schemes. He is a member of various international business law associations and has a vast international business network.
Danny E. Mawuenyega,
Danny is an experienced businessman in Ghana. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dakoma Ltd, and Group Chairman of Kenaf Industries.
For many years Danny was the International Secretary of Full Gospel Business Man's Fellowship International. Until now he is a board member of the largest network of Christian Businessmen in the world.
Danny is the Chairman of the Global Advisory Council, of Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship Int.
He has a wealth of experience in Business Startups and Project management.
